Do You Advertise Your Real Price?
Yes. We believe customers deserve clear, honest pricing. Our goal is to advertise prices that reflect the actual cost of purchasing a vehicle rather than advertising artificially low prices and adding mandatory charges later in the buying process. We want customers to be able to compare options confidently and understand exactly what they're paying for before they visit the dealership.
Do Your Advertised Prices Include Dealer Fees?
Yes. Our advertised pricing includes all mandatory dealership charges associated with preparing and selling the vehicle, including applicable freight, destination, assembly, setup, inspection, and documentation-related fees. The only charges generally not included in advertised pricing are government-imposed fees such as sales tax, title, registration, and license fees, which vary by customer and location.
Why Aren't Taxes and Registration Included?
Sales tax, title, registration, and license fees are government charges that vary based on where you live, how the vehicle will be registered, trade-in credits, and other factors. Because these costs differ from customer to customer, they are calculated separately. We're happy to provide an out-the-door quote that includes all applicable taxes and government fees upon request.
What Is Destination (Freight)?
Destination, sometimes called Freight, is the cost associated with transporting a vehicle from the manufacturer or distribution center to the dealership. Manufacturers establish these charges and they vary by vehicle model and brand. Freight helps cover transportation, handling, and logistics costs required to deliver the vehicle to our dealership.
What Is Vehicle Set-Up (Assembly)?
Most new powersports vehicles do not arrive fully assembled and ready to ride. Before delivery, our certified technicians perform a detailed preparation process that may include:
- Uncrating and assembly
- Battery installation and testing
- Fluid inspection and preparation
- Tire inspection and adjustment
- Software updates when applicable
- Safety inspections
- Operational testing
- Final detailing and quality control
This process ensures your vehicle is properly prepared, inspected, and ready for delivery.
What Is The Documentation Fee?
The Documentation Fee helps cover the administrative services required to complete a vehicle transaction. These services may include:
- Preparing purchase and finance documents
- Processing title paperwork
- Compliance and regulatory documentation
- Secure document retention
- Lender and manufacturer reporting requirements
- Delivery paperwork and transaction processing
The Documentation Fee is retained by the dealership to help offset these administrative costs.
What Is The Electronic Filing Fee?
The Electronic Filing Fee covers the cost of electronically processing and submitting registration, title, and vehicle-related documentation through state-approved systems and service providers. This may include:
- Electronic title processing
- Registration submissions
- State reporting systems
- Digital document transmission
- Compliance and recordkeeping services
Electronic filing helps streamline the registration process and often reduces delays compared to traditional paper processing.
Are Protection Plans, Extended Warranties, GAP Coverage, Maintenance Plans, Or Other Add-Ons Required?
No. Optional products and services are exactly that—optional. We may offer products designed to protect your investment, reduce ownership costs, or enhance your ownership experience, but the decision to purchase these products is entirely yours. We will clearly explain the benefits, pricing, and coverage of any optional products before purchase.
Do I Have To Finance Through The Dealership To Receive The Advertised Price?
No. Unless specifically disclosed as part of a manufacturer-sponsored incentive or financing promotion, our advertised vehicle prices are not conditioned upon financing through the dealership. Customers are welcome to pay cash, arrange outside financing, or utilize dealership financing options.
Are All Advertised Discounts Available To Every Customer?
Not always. Some manufacturer incentives, military rebates, first responder programs, loyalty offers, college graduate programs, or promotional discounts may have eligibility requirements. Whenever a discount requires qualification, those requirements will be clearly disclosed. Our team will gladly review any available incentives with you.
Can I Receive A Complete Price Breakdown Before I Buy?
Absolutely. We are happy to provide a detailed breakdown of:
- Vehicle price
- Government taxes
- Title and registration fees

Why Do Prices Sometimes Differ Between Dealerships?

We encourage customers to compare complete out-the-door pricing rather than focusing solely on the advertised vehicle price. A lower advertised price does not always result in a lower final purchase price.
What Is Out-The-Door Pricing?
Out-the-door pricing is the total amount required to purchase a vehicle. It typically includes:
- Vehicle selling price
- Sales tax
- Title fees
- Registration fees
- License fees
- Any optional products or services selected by the customer
An out-the-door quote provides the most accurate picture of your total purchase cost.
